We hired Laser Warriors as part of our boys' birthday celebrations.The three party hosts, Alec, Nick and Deen were fantastic - they arrived early to set-up, were patient with the children, clear when providing instructions, and most importantly from the boys' perspective, always willing to help them climb onto the inflatable forts and were funny.Our only suggestion improvement wise relates to the administration and booking process - it would have been useful for the administration team to call and check-in prior to the event to finalise numbers and go over what would occur on the day. There was very much a reliance on email communication, as opposed to proactive customer service - we felt we had to do the chasing to ensure everything would be seamless on the day.

I have one word to describe this service… pretty goodrecently utilised the laser warriors service and our experience was like no other, now in the past I have used many different at home laser games, but let me tell you… this one takes the cake. The equipment was effective and enjoyable, the vibes were on point delivered entirely by our patient and talented DJ/Laser master/Game coordinator Toby. Would definitely recommend and reuse this service for Toby alone.

My husband found laser warriors on the net and suggested we use them rather than a regular laser tag arena saying they could come to us and I would have longer to be able to set the party however we liked anyhow it was perfect Alec and Jaya were lovely and great with the 40 or so kids we had at the party. We had our son’s 8th birthday today and the party was incredible. They used our front and back yard to create a laser tag field of fun and the kids of all ages had a ball! The weather forecast was really bad leading up and the support we were given on our options was really helpful. The two guys we had to run the party were great. We had a party for our sons 8th birthday. We couldn’t fault Tomer, he was fantastic. All the children were engaged, involved and excited to be a part of the games. He did an amazing job to entertain 12 very eager boys aged between 5-11yrs. They all loved the party, and we have received several comments from parents about how much their boys enjoyed the LaserWarriors party, and what a great idea it is for a party. We would highly recommend, and have done, LaserWarriors for a party. Our other sons have already asked for their own laser parties.

They had the 17 boys engaged and captivated throughout the whole party and all the boys said it was an awesome party (which is exactly what you want!). It's a perfect party for COVID times because it can easily be held outdoors (we held ours at a local park) and there was nothing for us parents to do except provide food! They even managed to move the location in the park quickly after I'd set up the food in the wrong area! Highly recommend!

I have used LaserWarriors for two teenage parties now. Highly highly recommend. Linda is extremely communicative and helpful when do the admin to book and organise the parties. The staff who actually run the sessions are punctual, efficient with equipment set up, well organised with different team games, and great with the kids. The equipment all works and is very robust. At the latest party this week, we could see the coronavirus measures put into place, with the company supplying gloves etc. My boys had a brilliant time.

I had a combined party for my 7 and 9 year old as they have a lot of mutual friends. It was great. The laser warriors staff managed to control, entertain and exhaust all 20 odd kids. The kids had a ball, and the parents were glad to see them all being active outside! My only tip would be to do the cake before the laster warriors activity, otherwise you'll loose the benefit of exhausted kids by pumping them full of sugar again!
