Indemnity Form

Our Public Liability Insurance requires that event organisers for clubs, schools and any other entity that chooses to hire or make use of LaserWarriors Mobile Laser Tag for fundraising, completes an Organisational Indemnity Form prior the the start of any event.

This can downloaded and must completed at least 1 week prior to the event – please email a scanned copy back to us.

Whilst our crew will be present to organise the games and keep the players engaged at the event, your organisation will continue to bear ultimate responsibility for all players and third parties.

This means that you must have representatives in attendance at all times, and the players and children remain in the care of your organisation. Your organisation has a duty of care to ensure that the venue you have selected for the party is safe, with any unsafe or out of bounds areas clearly marked and that a first aid officer is present at all times.

Our crew will do their best to manage the play, but final management of unruly, rude or dangerous behaviour by players, and the administering of first aid remains your responsibility.
