Deposits and Payments

We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to be made within 48 hours to secure your booking date and time. The deposit can be paid directly from your bank account, or by using PayPal for Mastercard and Visa payments.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • 30 min of travel each way is included – any TRAVEL CHARGES will be noted on your booking confirmation.
  • Organisers of Advanced Game Mode Packages must arrange full payment at least 2 days prior to the event.


    • Please email a copy of the deposit slip to us – it can take a few days for deposits to be cleared.

    On the day of the event:

  • We will give you a quick call just before we leave for your venue.
  • You will be required to sign our Parent Indemnity Form or Club Indemnity Form, and
  • The outstanding balance must be paid in cash to the Crew member running your event.
