Parent Indemnity

Our Public Liability Insurance requires that parents and event organisers complete a Parent Indemnity form prior the the start of any event. This can downloaded and completed prior to the party – please email a scanned copy back to us.

Alternatively, our crew can supply you with a printed version on the day of the party for your completion. Our crew will unfortunately not be able to start the games until they have a signed and completed Parent Indemnity Form.

Whilst our crew are present to help you to host the party, organise the games and keep the players engaged, it is still your event!

This means that you must be attendance at all times, and the players and children remain in your care. You have a duty of care to ensure that the venue you have selected for the party is safe, with any unsafe or out of bounds areas clearly marked.

Our crew will do their best to manage the play, but final management of unruly, rude or dangerous behaviour by players, and the administering of first aid remains your responsibility.
